Photoshoot

In our photo shoot, we thought it would be better If we had one person as the main picture, so it was a close up picture. Also my partner Zanele wore just plain clothes which would make it easier to edit on Photoshop, she wore White top, blue jeans and white plimsoles. also we took the picture on a orange background so it would make it easier to crop her out on Adobe Photoshop.

We wanted the picture to fun and exciting so we experimented with different poses and angles for example, some with sunglasses, face on , angled to the side, chessy grin and laughter. We also took pictures with another guy who was dressed up and made him an added star in the magazine. As after doing research music magazines there was always gossip like below


So adding the extra character gave it some gossip which readers love to read. Also we did pictures of my partner Zanele lying down on the couch with an ipod, to show her every day life and to show that the protaginist is the same as everybody else. We took various different poses with the male in our class to give a different look, something to write about each time. One pose was his hand on her belly to imply that she is famous, another with them looking in each other eyes to show she is in love. With enough pictures to work with, we were looking forward to editing and creating our magazine.
